Think We Should Take Syrian Refugees?

You know not of what you speak, my friend! The media shows you heart-breaking photos and videos of women and children starving to death in the wilderness, towns destroyed and in ruins, people living in refugee camps amidst garbage and filth. What they don’t tell you about is the high percentage of refugees who are not actually refugees but are radical terrorists who have infiltrated the multitude in hopes that they too will get a free one-way ticket to America.

If we really wanted to help these people, we should send them food and water and relief supplies and help them rebuild their homes in their own lands, lands on which they’ve lived for generations and raised their families.

Think of it this way: if there are 10,000 people displaced, how much is it going to cost to take them all to America? Even if it only costs $100 per person (which you know it costs a lot more than that per person to fly, or travel by boat even), that’s one million dollars! How much food and relief supplies could we provide for a million dollars?? A LOT! That’s enough money to sustain the multitude for a long time as we help them rebuild their lives.

Here’s another way to think of this: how would you like it if your home was destroyed by a tornado, but instead of offering to help you rebuild, another country told you that they were going to fly you half way across the world to a culture you don’t understand and never wanted to be a part of. All you want to do is go home. All you want is your life back. All you want is the nightmare to end so that you can go back to living your life.

Still not convinced? How about we think about the people we’re inviting to our kitchen tables. Even the most peaceful among them believe that little girls as young as nine years old are of marrying age!
